Josh applied to be ,and was accepted as a Trusted Regina Mortgage Broker , he signed an annual contract in 2011 ( April 2011 - April 2012) where we entered into a trust based partnership. We delivered on all of our promises and went over and above the contractual requirements to promote and support JOSH REES as a TRUSTED REGINA MORTGAGE BROKER.
Josh paid a deposit to secure his listing and then made lots of empty promises to pay the balance. Josh Rees was even given special credit terms to assist him and he consistently missed the payments on the schedule he agreed upon, and avoided both myself and a debt recovery company whom I engaged to follow up on when we still had over 50% of the monies outstanding 1 year AFTER the contract was over, whom he also made promises to.
I am very disappointed by the lack of integrity & professionalism JOSH REES REGINA MORTGAGE Broker License# 316066 has demonstrated and would not recommend anyone to enter into a business relationship with him. It is my personal opinion that a mortgage professional that advises individuals on financial matters should be trustworthy and beyond reproach when it comes to contractual obligations , especially of a financial matter.
